Description: Hits the target with balls of water
that exponentially scale with the level of this skill.
The caster must be standing in water and higher
levels of this skill require a larger water
source. While natural water and the Sage skill
Deluge cannot be depleted, Water Ball
will empty tiles of a Ninja's' Watery Evasion
skill when used. The level of this skill
first checks the area around you based
on skill level in a square grid then counts
how many usable water tiles there are then fires
waterballs based on the water available.
