Description: Hits the target with balls of water
that exponentially scale with the level of this skill.
The caster must be standing in water and higher
levels of this skill require a larger water
source. While natural water cannot be depleted,
this skill will empty tiles of the Sage skill
Deluge when this skill is used. The level of
skill first checks the area around you based
on skill level in a square grid then counts
how many usable water tiles there are then fires
waterballs based on the water available.
