1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Payon Palace (payonpalace.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site.

2. Description of Service

Payon Palace is a community-built companion tool for the Payon Stories Ragnarok Online private server. It provides MVP and mini boss timers, a monster and item database, guild coordination tools, and other game-related utilities.

3. Account and Authentication

Payon Palace uses Discord OAuth for authentication. When you log in, we receive and store the following information from your Discord account:

• Discord user ID
• Discord username
• Avatar image URL

We do not receive or store your Discord password, email address, or any other personal information. We do not access your Discord messages, friends list, or server memberships.

4. Use of Your Data

Your Discord information is used solely to:

• Identify your account on Payon Palace
• Display your username and avatar within the site
• Associate your timer entries and guild membership with your account

We will never sell, share, or distribute your personal data to any third party. Your data is used exclusively to provide and improve the functionality of this site.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the site respectfully and not to:

• Abuse, exploit, or disrupt the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the site

6. Guild Features

Guild features allow you to share timer data with other members. By joining a guild, you consent to your timer entries and username being visible to other guild members. Guild leaders and officers can manage membership and settings.

7. Discord Webhooks

Guilds may configure Discord webhooks to receive notifications. Webhook URLs are stored securely and are only used to send timer and spawn notifications to the configured Discord channel. Webhook URLs are only accessible to guild officers and administrators.

8. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate game data, Payon Palace is a community project and information may not always be perfectly up to date. Item prices, drop rates, and other data are provided as estimates and should not be considered authoritative.

9. No Warranty

Payon Palace is provided "as is" without any warranty. We make no guarantees about the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the service.

10. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting the site administrator.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
