Description: Hits every enemy in a 5x5 area
around the target with a frost attack.
For every level of Frost Diver that the wizard has learned, the MATK of Frost Nova increases by 10%.
If the player casts level 5 of this skill, it causes the Hypothermia status effect on all enemies hit by it.
