Description: Decreases weapon swing delay with
Swords by 30%. This skill only works
with Sword class weapons and the
effect cancels when switching to any other
type of weapon. Skill also increases FLEE
and CRIT rate for its duration.
When attacking with Sword Quickening, Grants 5% chance to gain Living Sword for 30 seconds.
Works with One-Hand Sword for 30% the effect mentioned.
