Description: Raises Flee Rate and Perfect Dodge
for players within the 7x7 area of effect. The
Flee Rate is increased by an additional 1 per 10
AGI of the Bard and perfect dodge is increased
by 1 per 10 LUK of the Bard. Musical lessons
also increase each Flee and perfect dodge by 1
per skill level. The skill consumes 1 SP every
5 seconds through its duration. Base bonuses
before additional bonuses are as follows.
