item from monsters while attacking them. The
success rate of stealing items is affected by the
skill level of the Thief skill, Steal. Each level of
Steal increases the rate by 1%.
This skill works with 'Bow', but chance is reduced by 50% and only works when distance between target and caster is less than 4
